Ep 2 is pretty insane. I doubt it will be fully explained though.Also, that kid annoyed the shit out of me.Therefore it seems most likely to me that the twist is that she is the crazy one; and the door slamming at the end is merely a classic jump scare/ambiguous ending that is there for the sake of it, because that's what most stories of this genre do - whether it makes obvious sense or not. However it is possible she was seeing things, and really did kill Ralph.
