And that is this CDC order under Title 42 of the U.S. code, which says that the surgeon general and the CDC director have the authority to deny entry to persons or property from places that they think have outbreaks of communicable disease. They are the ones in the meatpacking plants. And I’ll let you go do it, OK? But that’s not how it’s being applied.But with respect to MPP, you know, the program rolled out in Ciudad Juarez-El Paso in late March of last year.
