For me, the most difficult part was the aftercare lymphatic massage which was a lot more painful that I imagined.There were no complications at all, just the normal pain associated with the procedure. I have severe swelling on my back so I can’t say for sure how my ‘caterpillar’ rolls on my back will turn out. I tell people all the time that the most important ability is “availability.” My surgery was two days prior to hurricane Irma. Thank you Dr. Salama n Staff.I got my BBL with fat tranfer a week ago and I am very pleased. He also gave my butt that nice round shape which the first doctor could not achieve. They deserve a great deal of credit closing me.

I felt safe and secure when I choose Dr. Salama. Therefore, I began to inquire about the BBl procedure. It’s only going to get better too.
Dr. Salama was very patient and made sure to communicate everything I needed to know for pre op, during surgery and post surgery. I had a trainer and got in shape trying to build a booty instead but it still wasn’t exactly how I wanted it.Cons are the massages hurt but my motivation was to have a healthier and better body.After searching for a year I am 7 days post op and #Salamafied!!! When I had the consultation with Dr. Salama it was great he explained everything from the beginning to the end of the procedure, what to expect and what was not realistic. I was very square and boxy to begin with and although I do not have any kids I had what looked like a pregnancy pouch.They give me plenty of time to recover when a wake up.Dr. Leading up to my surgery date (May 26) I was so nervous.
Now, after extensive research into the procedure, guidance from Dr. Salama, as well as his staff, i was able to feel quite comfortable with what was in store for me and as such the procedure is scheduled. I almost went back to the same doctor to do the revision but the customer service was so bad I cancelled.
