Unfortunately it’s a pressed glitter and isn’t eye safe. I swatched it and couldn’t stop staring. That’s a lot of yellows! In fact, if I had to pick my 5 favorite all time eye shadows, making that list would be a By Terry long ago discontinued shade that is a pale dirty yellow with a little shimmer– so gorgeous. Not sure why, but it’s such a show-stopping combination to me! There isn’t a light to highlight, a mid tone to contour with, and a deep tone to add depth.
