However, very friendly staff with smiles and helpful.Evening dinner was hot and well presented lots of choices clean and very helpful friendly staff very enjoyableVariety of food for all age groups.The food is amazing ?seats over 400 amazing place for function.Very cleanA group of my work colleagues and I visited this restaurant on the 29th of February.The food was of an excellent quality we were all very impressed. The tables are very close so you have no private space.

Hope they manage to keep the quality up!Own or manage this property? Very much like jrc or Cosmo, Spoon has a great selection of fresh food with copious seating.
I believe the guy was the manager and we were all so shocked by the rudeness and unprofessional behaviour he gave us. Spoon, the new all-you-can-eat restaurant in Cascades, Commercial Road, Portsmouth. My friend asked a waiter where the cutlery was and he completely ignored him. Told us we were lying and to come back next week, shouting and humiliating us. This place is cheap and nasty with money grabbing management who don’t care about service or customers.

When we questioned and asked who answers the phones he said I don’t know. Booked earlier in the day to have to que up and be told we had lied and could never have possibly booked, as they had been fully booked since last week (even though they hadn’t been open a full week yet). How is there no space for 2 for 1, yet space for full price customers?

Disappointed that children are charged at a minimum of £3 and drinks are extra but especially with the deal, it was worth it. For £15 apart from the Chinese food everything could have been freezer food you could buy for your own homes let alone pay £15 for.
