Personally, I think he might be an interesting addition to Fraser’s Ridge. Yes — the Duncan Innes switch-out could potentially work — but likely many other possibilities as well. They hit it off and he fell in love.
Duncan Lacroix, Actor: Outlaw King. You have definitely thought about this and I think any one of these could work. Just hope he will be well enough to stick around for a bit on the Ridge. I’d much rather see him finally go out in a blaze of glory, fight by the side of his side of his beloved Godson for a cause he believed in.Janet Canning — WOW!!!! I think a good balance has been struck. Thank you so much for sharing these and for reading the blog post. Finally, I am delighted that Murtagh may be a recurring character who simply loves and accepts Claire for who she is.
!I may not be remembering correctly, but I seem to recall reading once that with regard to any of her characters, if Diana Gabaldon regretted killing off any of her characters, it was Murtaugh and she kind of wished that she hadn’t killed him off.
