It’s very good, but I find it too sweet.I really liked it when I tried it because its an easy to wear fragrance. How it gets there is the most interesting part.I recently found myself thinking it would be a nice fragrance for fall. Reviewed in the United States on August 18, 2017 I really loved the perfume but wondering why the "unique code" was removed (ripped off) from inside the perfume packaging (box). All in all, an improvement on the original and deserving of the name Intense. It's very nice, inoffensive, and sweet. Mon Guerlain uses lavender to reign in the sweetness of its gourmand accord, and the combination of pleasantly sharp lavender, orange and jammy (but not indolic) jasmine is appealing.
My review is the Eau de Parfum, which is creamier and uses citrus as an accent, rather than the main note. My decant’s nearly drained but I saw Mon Guerlain at Scentbird, where I had a $10 GC, so I bought it.I like Mon Guerlain best after about an hour and a half, when the fruity-floral part and the top notes of patchouli soften, and the Guerlinade base appears more clearly. I wanted more lavender thought but I can’t always get what I want. The perfume is developed by Thierry Wasser and Delphine Jelk, combining notes of lavender and mandarin in an overdose. The whole effect as it dries down in a powdery oriental cloud is to create an elusive and yet recognizable aura around the wearer. I beg to differ. I’ve read reviews, listen to a few say it’s a typical Mon Guerlain, maybe more floral. The cellophane on both packages was opened at the bottom. A great companion on chilly evenings, it stands out in the Mon Guerlain lineup, offering more quality and character, better performance, longevity, and silage.
