I don't expect it will take long for any of the recent closures to be replaced by new tenants.But I'm not too sure I buy into the idea that, "there's a lack of parking and things to do in downtown Fredericton".Obviously being open more hours costs more money, but being closed the majority of the time that I'm free makes it unlikely I'll spend money at a place.Owl's nest: it's a dump, there's no book selection, it smells musty, they haven't moved with the times and incorporated lifestyle itemsFor me it's more that most things other than restaurants downtown are closed by 5 or 6pm.
